For my first roll of film on our current trip to Japan, I decided to focus on snapping photos of the people rather than my go-to (and favorite) city shots. We’ve been traveling back and forth from the states to Tokyo for about three years now, and I can definitely say that my favorite aspect of this city is the people. We’ve been blessed to encounter tons of like-minded individuals out here, and with every year that bubble grows. So since our friends are filled with dope vibes and ingenious minds, I figured I would share a few of the snaps.
Enjoy! And you’ll be seeing more as the weeks go by…
All photos were taken with the Nikon L35AF on Kodak Porta 400 film.
I don’t know too much about shooting film just yet, but I’m falling in love with this camera. I'm especially happy with the night time shots using the built in flash. I also think that I’ve found a good match with this Kodak 400. I'm finding much better results than a previous roll of FujiFilm 400.
