This week John and I took to the backstreets of Omotesandō to shoot our friend named Koichi. He is a brilliant Flower Artist and the mastermind behind Loyalty Flowers. In addition, Koichi is a super talented dancer that we shot a fun video with last year.
Koichi even brought a bouquet of his dried flowers as a great prop for the shoot. It was really fun capturing his work while he was wearing our Summer Waves Tee and Front-side Long Sleeve. I enjoy shooting with creatives because the entire experience is a collaborative effort. Truly dope. Truly Like Mind. You should definitely take the time to check out his work!
Here are some of the photos from the shoot:
Lately I've been inspired by the backstreets of Tokyo. Although I'll always be a fan of bright lights and awe-inspiring architecture, I'm starting to find the beauty in simplicity. One thing that I've noticed about this city is that there is a perfect balance of nature intertwined with the hustle and bustle of the city life. It's easy to discover flowers and plants pretty much anywhere, so I figured I would try to capture that with this most recent shoot.
All photos were taken with the Nikon L35AF on Fujifilm Fujicolor Superia X-TRA 400 film.

In seeking solidarity, we find unity; and in working together, we find harmony.
For this is not about tearing down, but about building up.
To think or not to think? That is the question.
To question or not to question. That is to think.
